At TheUniformStore.ie we have teamed up with both DPD & An Post to bring our diverse range of products to customers across Ireland

Process & Timeline:
Where possible products are dispatched from dispatch warehouse on a daily bases direct to our courier partners logistics center. We take the lead on this to ensure your parcel enter their system with lower risk of being misplaced and ensuring a efficient delivery time for our customers. Where a product is not immediately available from locally held stock, this is moved to our dispatch warehouse arriving in 1-2 working days. Upon arrival, this is then fullfilled to our final leg courier partners. As a result the following delivery timelines apply:

Republic of Ireland
Delivery Time - 3 - 5 Working Days

Northern Ireland
Delivery Time - 3 - 5 Working Days

Out of Stock:
On rare occasions, we might find that a product or size may not be available in both our dispatch warehouse or from our suppliers. In these events, we will endeavor to reach out to you as soon as possible to advise of the issue and offer an alternative, closely related item or a full refund. This will be communicated to you via email direct from our system and when we are advised of your preferred resolution, this is enacted in a timely fashion to avoid any undue delays. 

High Season Delays
During periods of high online shopping such as Black Friday Sales Events, Christmas, etc, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery. During these times high volumes of parcels are moving through logistics systems and every effort is being made for your products to reach you in a timely fashion. When such delays are likely to occur, we will endeavor to notify you of this via our website and order communications.
